Who processes the data

What we collect

• Quote requests: name, company, email, phone, route and cargo details, and any notes you add.
• Job applications: name, phone, email, town or city, position, documents, experience and any notes you add.
• When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp: the information you send us.
• If you allow analytics (Google Analytics): how you use the site (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location), in aggregated form.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use quote request data to prepare a quote and arrange transport, and application data to run the recruitment process. In both cases these are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use analytics only on the basis of your consent (Article 12(1)(1) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

• Quote requests are kept while the quote is being discussed, and for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for as long as accounting and transport regulations require.
• Job applications are kept until the vacancy is filled, and for no longer than 6 months. We keep them longer only with your permission, for future vacancies.
• Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months.

Who can access it

Only the staff who prepare quotes or handle recruitment, the hosting and email providers that process data on our behalf and — if you allow analytics — Google (Google Ireland Limited), which provides Google Analytics. Google may process data outside Serbia and the European Union, including in the United States. Where data is processed outside Serbia, this happens only with the safeguards required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

Your browser always stores only what is necessary: your chosen language and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Just email us at info@quincelogistics.com.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs) or, if you live in the European Union, with the supervisory authority in your country.
